At Epil Wax, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

    •    The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

    •    The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

    •    Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened wax products.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    A description of the issue

    •    Photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us and we will assist you in arranging this where possible.

At Epil Wax, we aim to process and dispatch all orders quickly so you receive your products as soon as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable please ensure to check your junk folder.

UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom using reliable courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

    •Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

    •Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur with courier services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Promotions such as free shipping on qualifying orders may be offered from time to time.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Epil Wax cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.

Please allow up to 7 working days after the expected delivery date before a parcel is considered lost.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
